FROM A3 (From North)
Take the A272 junction towards Winchester and Alton.
If approaching from the North, do NOT take the A272 Midhurst.
Drive through Stroud, past Seven Stars pub on left. Through Langrish and at bottom of hill take left turn signposted East Meon. Also signposted to Langrish House Hotel which you will pass.
Follow this road for about 2 miles and you will enter East Meon. There is a church on the right, turn left here. Past Ye Olde George Inn and turn right.
** Go past the village store, bear left and past the school. The road then bears right. Continue past Duncombe Road for 200 yards and the road narrows.
On the right is a flint wall and a cottage, The Old Dairy.
Immediately after the cottage, turn right into the gravel driveway and you will see The Old Stables straight ahead. Number 1 is on the left. Park in one of the bays by the hedge which are for visitors.
If the road bears sharp left and goes into countryside, you will have gone too far!
FROM A3 (From South)
Take the exit after Horndean signposted Clanfield and East Meon. Turn left off the sliproad.
At Rising Sun in Clanfield, take the second right (the road after the pub) towards East Meon.
After 3 miles enter East Meon with the river and the Isaac Walton pub on your right. Do not turn right over the river but carry straight on.
The village shop will be on the right, bear to the left and follow the directions above **.
A32 FAREHAM AND ALTON
Go to West Meon and follow the signs to East Meon (turn right from Fareham, left from Alton). As you enter East Meon, the church will be on the left. Turn right, past Ye Olde George Inn and cross the river, immediately turn right and follow the above ** instructions.
